Event Information

Title: Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Through the Narratives: Leveraging Speech and Free-text Patient Generated Health Data in Shared Clinical Decision Making and Telehealth Practice

Description:

To facilitate remote patient monitoring (RPM), we developed a new natural language processing (NLP) pipeline of processing and synthesizing patient narrated or generated free-text notes, then presenting relevant findings via a visual dashboard. We collected patient notes from 20 participants over a 2-week period and tested feasibility of our model.
