Telemedicine has been associated with higher antibiotic prescribing rates for URIs. As a nationwide practice, we investigated the quality of care delivered to our patients.  Our focus was antibiotic prescribing rate,  as a measure of appropriateness of care, by an APP-lead virtually only team to compare to the national average.
